Summary
A joint Position Statement by the Australian Diabetes Society, Australasian Diabetes Educators Association, Dietitians Association of Australia, Exercise and Sports Science Australia and the Pharmaceutical Society of Australia. Prediabetes has a high prevalence, with early detection essential to facilitate optimal management to prevent the development of conditions such as type 2 diabetes and cardiovascular disease.
