Constitution of the ‘Australian Diabetes Society Limited‘ (ADS) ABN 13 053 787 965

The Australian Diabetes Society Constitution was reviewed and revised by the ADS National Council in 2026 and the proposed changes were voted on and passed by the Members at the Annual General Meeting held on the 20th August, 2026. ADS’s Constitution is in accordance with the rules and regulations of the Corporations Act 2001.
