DESCRIPTION:National Diabetes Week runs from 12 – 18 July 2026\nDiabetes Australia launched National Diabetes Week in 2015 at the Lightwell in Federation Square\, Melbourne\, highlighting that three out of four people substantially underestimate the prevalence of diabetes in our community. Diabetes Australia is calling on all Australians to support the campaign and help to raise awareness of diabetes during National Diabetes Week. \nNational Diabetes Week 2026 – Diabetes Australia \nThis year\, Diabetes Australia is turning up the volume for the 2 million Australians living with diabetes. \nThe campaign\, Living Out Loud\, invites everyone connected to diabetes\, including health professionals\, researchers\, endocrinologists\, credentialled diabetes educators\, and pharmacists\, to share the one thing they’ve always wished people knew. \nUnder the theme Stronger Together\, this campaign reflects exactly that: ADS\, ADEA\, and Diabetes Australia coming together to support the diabetes community with one collective voice.
